£50.00 Boiler service special offers are subject to no special parts being required - this condition only applies to some older boilers that require special parts that must be replaced on every service as per the manufacturers instructions. These boilers are exempt from the offer and are very rare these days. We will advise you when supplying your make and model if yours is exempt from the offer.

Prices can and do change from our suppliers without notice so please call for latest offers. Pictures for illustration purposes only.

Cheque's not accepted, Cash or card payments only accepted.

All work payable immediately on completion unless specifically agreed in writing by combi clinic prior to commencement of any works.

Restocking fee and other cancellation charges may apply for orders correctly executed by combi clinic but subsequently cancelled by yourself at any point. Bespoke items specially ordered or fabricated are non-refundable.

All boiler & part guarantees are supplied and upheld by the respective manufacturers and may be subject to proof of purchase or registration direct with them in accordance with their terms and conditions.

All goods remain the property of combi clinic until paid for in full.

Offers may be withdrawn at any time and without notice until we confirm acceptance of your booking.

Missed appointments where we attend but no one is home are not refundable but at our discretion we may offer another appointment at our convenience at no further cost.

Appointments where we attend as requested but are unable to complete any booked work due to power cuts, lack of gas or water are not refundable.

In these instances we will make a charge of £25.00 to cover out time and running costs and offer refund of the balance paid.

We are governed by and operate in accordance with the gas safety (installation & use) regulations 1998. Certain faults we

discover that present risk or danger in accordance with the unsafe-situations guidelines and procedures may require immediate remedial action or the disconnection of the faulty (in-use) gas appliances to prevent risk or immediate danger.

By agreeing to combi clinic undertaking work you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
